Heirlooms by Gorham has been operating in the Champaign/Urbana and surrounding area for 21 years with over 200 estate sales.
Heirlooms by Gorham advises clients on strategies to adjust to moving, “down-sizing” or re-location to assisted living.
When you visit our estate sales, you’ll find clean, staged and well-priced items for your home. We are also COVID-19 compliant. We will be wearing masks and ask our patrons to do the same to stay safe and healthy.

Clients
Heirlooms by Gorham strives to offer the homeowner/client a beautiful and profitable sale of their treasured belongings. We work with the client from initial set-up to the final sale. Our many contacts include realtors, appraisers, specialty buyers, advertisers, movers and haulers.
Together we provide a safe, secure and honest event. Our company is insured, although we ask the client to maintain their homeowner’s insurance throughout the sale.
Patrons
Heirlooms by Gorham provides Estate Sales in private residences in accordance with local / neighborhood covenants and restrictions.
Shoppers should bring help to load large Items, we are not responsible for accidents. Sales require cash or check with proper ID.
We follow CDC guidelines and ask that everyone please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
